请问澳门专利如何申请PCT或其他国家专利？

首先，第一个问题有关什么人可以提交PCT申请。

根据Art. 9(1) PCT, "any resident or national of a Contracting State" may file an international application.

中国是PCT条约的缔约国，对香港有效，但对澳门无效。因此，如果申请人仅是澳门的resident or national，则不能提交PCT申请。


第二个问题有关向哪个受理局提交。

在可以提交的情况下，根据Rule 19 PCT，受理局有多种选择，且可以是国际局（1. national Office of or acting for the Contracting State of which the applicant is a resident; 2. national Office of or acting for the Contracting State of which the applicant is a national; 3. the International Bureau）。


第三个问题是：在可以提交PCT申请的情况下，是否可以要求澳门的优先权。

根据Rule 4.10(a) PCT, "... may claim the priority of one or more earlier applications filed either in or for any country party to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property or in or for any Member of the World Trade Organization that is not party to that Convention"。

因为澳门是世界贸易组织成员，因此在满足要求优先权的其他条件的情况下，是可以要求澳门优先权的。


第四个问题这里提供有关欧洲专利的情况：申请欧洲专利是否可以要求台湾、香港、澳门的优先权​?

首先，根据《欧洲专利公约》第58条，任何人都可以申请欧洲专利（欧洲发明专利）。

根据《欧洲专利公约》第87条第1款规定，首次申请在或为巴黎公约成员国或世界贸易组织成员提出时，申请欧洲专利可以要求该首次申请的优先权。该条款原文如下：

Art. 87(1) EPC: Any person who has duly filed, in or for
(a) any State party to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property or
(b) any Member of the World Trade Organization,
an application for a patent, a utility model or a utility certificate, or his successor in title, shall enjoy, for the purpose of filing a European patent application in respect of the same invention, a right of priority during a period of twelve months from the date of filing of the first application.

中国1984年12月19日加入巴黎公约。巴黎公约自1985年3月19日起对中国生效。台湾、香港、澳门不属于巴黎公约成员国。不过，自1997年7月1日起巴黎公约对香港生效，自1999年12月20日起对澳门生效。而中国、台湾、香港、澳门均是世界贸易组织的成员。

因此，在满足要求优先权的其他条件（特别是12个月的优先权期限）情况下，申请欧洲专利时可以要求台湾、香港、澳门首次申请的优先权。

澳门是PCT和巴黎公约的成员，应该是可以的，可是没有实际操作过，因此等待高人给予解答。
