有关美国专利法改革的，实在比较棘手，向大家悬赏求教。
回复都有奖励，采纳的重奖，请勿灌水！
1、there will be no more "swearing behind" third-party references by showing an earlier invention date.
2、the invention ...subject to an obligation of assignment to the same person.

1，只要展示一个更早的发明日期，那么“在后宣誓”的第三方参考文献(refenrences应该是references吧)就不存在。
2，本发明由于受到限制，只能义务转让给同一个人。

个人觉得给出上下文比较好点。
