关于美国OA中的用词

推测一下，不知道对不对，期待高手解答
rejected是拒绝，理由大概涉及不能授权的内容（？）后果更严重（？）
objected是反对，不认可陈述的理由（？）
cancel是取消，也许为了程序节约，也许出于其他原因，我暂且先取消这个权利要求，保留以后再分案或其他行为（？）的权利
delete是删除，真的不要了，这个权利要求以后不要了。

暂且取消这个权利要求，保留以后分案应该是用withdraw

reject主要用于从实质方面内容来核驳权利要求，例如新颖性和创造性等，object主要是驳回一些形式缺陷，例如标号错误，无引用基础、112条等

MPEP706.01: The refusal to grant claims because the subject matter as claimed is considered unpatentable is called a "rejection." The term "rejected" must be applied to such claims in the examiner's action. If the form of the claim (as distinguished from its substance) is improper, an "objection" is made. An example of a matter of form as to which objection is made is dependency of a claim on a rejected claim, if the dependent claim is otherwise allowable. See MPEP § 608.01(n). The practical difference between a rejection and an objection is that a rejection, involving the merits of the claim, is subject to review by the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, while an objection, if persisted, may be reviewed only by way of petition to the *>Director of the USPTO<.
