美国专利审查答复

本人菜鸟一枚，想请教USPTO发的no-final OA的答复时限是怎么计算的？子发文日起的3个月内答复，这个是不是不加15天的延迟日？谢谢！！

没有15天延迟日,The actual time taken for reply is computed from the date stamped or printed on the Office action to the date of receipt by the Office of applicant’s reply.
OA上面首页就有答复截止日期，不用自己算
