请问美欧日韩等国审查阶段若有新增请求项是否加收超项费？

目前已知CN案审查阶段基本上不能新增请求项（如未见于原权利要求书中）
因此无所谓新增请求项是否收超项费的问题
但想要请教一下其他如美国、欧洲、日本、韩国等国发明案
（假设按该国规定，在不超出原申请专利范围，可新增请求项的前提下）
有无答辩时若新增请求项要收超项费的问题？
先从申请费用上来看
美国：
有收取超项费（以独立项 / 3项，总项数 / 20项为基准）
超项费应是申请附加费用（美国一律实审，故无所谓实审规费）
欧洲：
有收取超项费（以总项数 / 15项为基准）
超项费看起来是申请附加费用（申请实审是另外单一计费）
日本、韩国：
申请实审均是逐项收费
因上开国家申请时的费用计算都与权利要求项数有关
因此想知道如后续进行答辩时
若是新增请求项的情形，是否需要补缴超项费用？

714.10 Claims Added in Excess of Claims Previously Paid For [R-08.2012]
Applicant is required to pay exce****laims fees for each claim that is in excess of 3 in independent form or in excess of 20 (whether dependent or independent). Fees for a proper multiple dependent claim are calculated based on the number of claims to which the multiple dependent claim refers (37 CFR 1.75(c)) and a separate fee is also required in each application containing a proper multiple dependent claim. See MPEP § 607. When applicant adds a new exce****laim that is in excess of the number of claims that were previously paid for after taking into account claims that have been canceled, applicant must pay the required exce****laims fees before the examiner considers the new claim. For example, in an application that contains 6 independent claims and 30 total claims for which the exce****laims fees were previously paid, when applicant cancels 10 claims, 2 of which are independent, and adds 11 claims, 3 of which are independent, exce****laims fees for a 7th independent claim and a 31st claim are required.
