关于美国专利的问题

是的，非常非常感谢！
原来美国的外观专利不需要交年费的。两个专利都有权呢。

美国的专利缴费是3.5年、7.5年与11.5年的缴费，当然不同于中国的每年度缴费。不能这样比较。

请问第11.5年缴的是哪个时间阶段的年费呢？是第11.5年-20年的年费吗？
