Our client, a top foreign invested company in chemical industry (especially plant protection) is looking for a Patent Advisor based in Shanghai with minimum 3 years working experience in (organic) chemistry patent or R&D matters.
This position will work under the supervision of and report to the IP head based in the headquarter overseas and be responsible for (1) providing patent advices to R&D and business colleagues; (2) drafting, prosecuting, and defending patent applications / patents; (3) freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis; (4) other day-to-day IP consultancy and general IP activities including licensing.
The budget for this position is up to RMB 600k.
