德国DPMA全面启用DPMAregister平台

Currently, some data records have minor flaws, for example, the links to published documents are missing with certain file numbers. Some data elements for supplementary protection certificates are also missing. We will make the missing elements available as soon as possible.

When you use the monitoring mode and the DPMAkurier service, please note that the relevant patent and utility model data have been integrated into DPMAregister at the end of May 2011 only. The relevant date for the monitoring of IP rights is the date when the specific IPR data are for the first time included in the database. Depending on the chosen monitoring cycle (daily, weekly, monthly), monitoring results may continue to show some minor discrepancies, until early August.
