Bayes is currently seeking 2L/3L law school students to work as part-time law clerks and Engineering Ph.D. students or postdocs to work as part-time patent specialist. The firm provides excellent training and exciting opportunities to work with clients directly. Motivating but flexible working environment. Successful candidates can work remotely during semesters and on-site during summer.

Patent Prosecution Law Clerk
We are seeking 1-2 law clerks to work on patent drafting and prosecution. USPTO registration is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates should have strong technical background in one of the following areas:
o Artificial Intelligence
o Semiconductors
o Signal, image or video processing
o Automobiles
o Medical devices
o Telecommunications
o Power generation, electric motors
o Digital and analog circuits
Patent Specialist
We are seeking 1-2 specialists to work on patent drafting and prosecution. Ideal candidates should have strong writing skills and technical background in at least one of the following areas:
o Artificial Intelligence
o Semiconductors
o Signal, image or video processing
o Automobiles
o Medical devices
o Telecommunications
o Power generation, electric motors
o Digital and analog circuits
