求问美国的legalese

为什么“means”，“said”，“comprise”被称为legalese（法律措辞），有什么特定含义吗？为啥不建议在美国申请的摘要里面用？先谢啦！

SUMMARY OF ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS
Preferably 50-150 words. Should contain:
(A) Indication of field of invention.
(B) Clear indication of the technical problem.
(C) Gist of invention’s solution of the problem.
(D) Principal use or uses of the invention.
(E) Reference numbers of the main technical features placed between parentheses.
(F) Where applicable, chemical formula which best characterizes the invention.

Should not contain:

(A) Superfluous language.
(B) Legal phraseology such as “said” and “means.”
(C) Statements of alleged merit or speculative application.
(D) Prohibited items as defined in PCT Rule 9 .

摘要不是法律文件，这些措辞只建议在权利要求书中看情况用，说明书也不要求用

可能是发明家。发明家的特质就是思想活泼、用语生动，网路中常会被误认为年轻人。
